We are working with a friendly business based in York that is looking for a Customer Care Representative.

Temporary role to start ASAP with the possibility to extend.

Duties:

• Answering inbound calls from patients
• Greeting the patient, explaining the call back process
• Taking a reason for the call
• Arranging a call back from the appropriate person

Candidates must have Customer Service based experience, good IT skills and be available immediately.

Hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday-Friday
