Customer Service Advisor
Working part of a busy customer service team, you will aim to support & provide customer service to internal and external customers. Lovely, vibrant office to work in, with self-motivated people.
The role will involve dealing with customers in a professional and timely manner. Customer service is required when answering inbound/outbound calls from internal and external staff, where various types of orders and enquires will come in.
You will develop knowledge of products to offer technical support to the customers. Working in conjunction with other departments to support and improve the functions of the business.
Requirements
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Be able to communicate verbally and through email
- Have a desire to develop knowledge and skills
- Complaints handling experience
- IT literate
- Good listening skills
- Ambition to learn
- Appliances/Homeware experience is desired
