Working in brand new, refurbished offices, this role would suit someone who is looking for a full time permanent career. Working Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm, parking available, excellent holiday entitlement, fantastic benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a 1st class service in relation to all customer induction and on-boarding
- Acting as a Key Account Manager to customers, assisting with enquiries and solving any issues
- Proactively providing advice and guidance at all times to new customers, building relationships and trust
- Have a good ability to prioritise tasks, stay calm under pressure and command respect through knowledge of operating processes and customer relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to achieving operational and strategic objectives
The successful candidate will possess:
- The ideal candidate will be articulate, hardworking, confident and very keen to learn
- Customer Service and or administration experience would be beneficial – (will look at limited experience)
- You must be ambitious and able to use your own initiative
- Friendly, confident and eager to develop and progress
