Working in brand new, refurbished offices, this role would suit someone who is looking for a full time permanent career. Working Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm, parking available, excellent holiday entitlement, fantastic benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a 1st class service in relation to all customer induction and on-boarding
• Acting as a Key Account Manager to customers, assisting with enquiries and solving any issues
• Proactively providing advice and guidance at all times to new customers, building relationships and trust
• Have a good ability to prioritise tasks, stay calm under pressure and command respect through knowledge of operating processes and customer relationships
• Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to achieving operational and strategic objectives

The successful candidate will possess:

• The ideal candidate will be articulate, hardworking, confident and very keen to learn
• Customer Service and or administration experience would be beneficial – (will look at limited experience)
• You must be ambitious and able to use your own initiative
• Friendly, confident and eager to develop and progress
