We are working with a friendly business in Stockport that is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Temporary role to start ASAP with the possibility to move on to a permanent role for the right candidate!!!.

Duties:

• Calling surgeries to request prescriptions
• Answering inbound calls from patients
• Greeting the patient, explaining the call back process
• Taking a reason for the call
• Arranging a call back from the appropriate person

We are keen to hear from candidates with customer service experience, an excellent telephone manner, good IT skills and be available immediately.

Hours 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday-Friday

£9.50 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
