Key Responsibilities:
Provide customers with accurate product information and recommendations.
Process and manage orders efficiently and accurately.
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate delivery and maintain stock levels.
Ensure exceptional service throughout the order process.
Occasional work on Saturdays may be required.
You will need previous experience in customer service or order processing roles and the ability to manage orders with precision and attention to detail.
