Customer Service Executive  - immediate start!

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service/administrator to join a well established and successful business in the financial services industry. This role offers the opportunity to develop into a permanent post for the successful candidate.

Working as part of a friendly team you will be the first point of call for customers contacting the business by telephone or email.

• Answering queries
• Providing information
• Updating the system
• Transferring customers to appropriate colleagues

The role will appeal to candidates who have worked in an office-based customer service or administration role previously and have an excellent telephone manner and IT skills.

Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
