Fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service/administrator to join a well-established and successful business in the financial services industry. This role is a permanent post for the successful candidate.
Working as part of a friendly team you will be the first point of call for customers contacting the business by telephone or email.
- Answering queries
- Providing information
- Updating the system
- Transferring customers to appropriate colleagues
The role will appeal to candidates who have worked in an office-based customer service or administration role previously and have excellent telephone manner and IT skills.

Hours Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm
