A prestigious and forward-thinking organisation are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. Situated close to Hanforth railway station and you will be working in a brand new refurbished office that includes state of the art break out room and fully fitted kitchen / diner
- Deliver an excellent service in relation to customer enquiries
- Taking inbound calls daily from customers with enquiries.
- Proactively provide advice and guidance at all times to new customers, building relationships and trust.
- Have a good ability to prioritise tasks, stay calm under pressure and command respect through knowledge of operating processes and customer relationships.
- Ensure enquiries are resolved in line with customer expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with other departments to ensure an integrated approach to achieving operational and strategic objectives.
The Successful candidate will possess:
- Ideal candidate will be articulate, hardworking, confident and very keen to learn
- Administration experience
- Customer Service experience
- You must be ambitious and use your own initiative
Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
