Fab role for an experienced Customer Service candidate who wants to develop into a first class Customer Service Executive. Working for a business with a great culture as part of a fast paced, fun team who are committed to ensuring the whole customer journey is the best it can be once an order has been placed.
In brief, duties include:
- Building strong working relationship with an assigned portfolio of customers
- Proactively manage quotes, orders, shipments and delivery deadlines
- Following the product order process to ensure deadlines are met
- Deal with and resolve any issues
To be successful you will:
- Have relevant experience within a sales administrator/customer service or account manager role
- Demonstrate a customer centric attitude, be able to listen and act accordingly
- Be able to multi task
- Possess a strong attention to detail
