We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Helpdesk Consultant to join an established team.
The role will suit candidates with experience working in a busy call centre environment - financial services industry an advantage.
You will be providing first-line support and compliance guidance to customers, providing advice in line with regulations. This is a busy role involving lots of telephone contact with customers, therefore you must enjoy building relationships in a highly regulated environment.
We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in a busy telephone-based customer service role, excellent listening and communication skills and the ability to deal with difficult customers. You must have good IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Email. Be analytical and have good attention to detail.
It is desirable if you have experience in Financial Services.
Salary £19,500, with progression.
