Customer Service Coordinator – Warrington

This is a great opportunity for someone from a mechanical or engineering background who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, managing enquiries from start to finish, and supporting customers with technical product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely quotations for customers
- Arrange deliveries through UPS, DPD, and other couriers
- Check stock levels and liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries efficiently
- Assist customers with technical enquiries and product information
- Liaise closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Support the warehouse team with packing during busy periods when required
- Identify sales opportunities and demonstrate confidence in B2B sales communication
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a mechanical, engineering, or technical environment is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner
- Proven ability to manage B2B customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Confident using quotation and order management systems (training provided)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist across departments
Monday – Friday – Office-based
£27,000-£30,000
