Customer Support Administrator – Leigh
We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Support Administrator to join a lovely, vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing enquiries, and keeping administrative processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers via phone, email and online enquiries
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries in a professional manner
- Logging and updating customer records on internal systems
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm
Salary £26,000-£28,000
