A client, a well-known brand within their market is currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join their head office function in Sharston. This role has arisen due to company growth and is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that pride themselves on the service they provide to clients.
Working closely with the Customer Care Manager as the successful Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for overseeing 4 of the company’s key accounts. You will be working closely with these clients to ensure their needs are met on a daily basis.
Key Requirements
- Correspond with clients to handle both complex and simple queries through to a positive outcome resulting in building strong relationships.
- Liaising with internal divisions including the factories where necessary
- Work closely with the sales processing team to ensure orders are processes correctly.
- Identify areas to maximise business development.
- Produce quotations and provide recommendations where necessary.
- Database management (CRM system and MS Excel)
Key Skill Required
- Fully conversant in MS Office especially MS Excel (must be confident with formulas)
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Previous customer support, account management or senior customer service experience

The client offers a competitively based salary along with additional benefits including 25 days holiday. The role is Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and free parking is available (public transport is also available)
