An amazing independent management consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to support the buying team on influx of work. This position is to start immediately with a predicted end date of June, but other opportunities within the organisation may arise.

Duties and Responsibilities below:

  • Support the team with all administrative functions
  • Maintaining strong customer relations through account management and quality service
  • Understanding customers key requirements and working with the team to create suitable solutions
  • Raise and submit suitable quotations to clients
  • Maintenance of the CRM systems
  • Support with ongoing projects e.g. cost reduction schemes for clients

The successful candidate will have:

  • Able to work well under pressure, supporting multiple projects at one time 
  • Able to complete tasks to a high standard and work to strict deadlines 
  • Reliable and self-motivated 

The successful candidate must have an extensive administrative background but not necessarily within Buying/Procurement.

Working hours: Monday - Friday / 09:00-17:30
