Located in Speke this global company is looking to add to their team due to growth within the company. The role of a data processor will be to carry data and input from customer orders onto excel spreadsheet. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate good excel & computer skills.  Data processors will have a good attention to detail and the ability to work in a busy and fast-paced enviroment.

Duties:

• Working within a small data processing team
• Processing PCB CAD files using specialist software
• Liaising with customers regarding their project requirements
• Liaising with test engineers and the sales team about project timelines
• Pricing jobs using Microsoft Excel
• Preparing quotations for customers in Microsoft Word
• Ensuring that accurate quotes are sent out in a timely manner to the customer
• Delivering excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will:

• Have some understanding of electronics
• Come from a data processing background
• Have good organisational skills • Have excellent attention to detail
• Be able to work independently and efficiently
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications – Word and Excel
• Be willing to learn custom software and processes

Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week 

Salary up to £19k
