A Facilities Administration position that gives you true variety in your role as you will be dealing with multiple sites. Based on a hybrid basis this is a part-time school hours position that needs an experienced admin candidate with a background in building or maintenance or facilities. Dealing daily with buildings across the network and with suppliers, candidates would need to have experience.
· Delivering excellent customer service to all of the stores & Salons.
· Deal with all incoming reactive maintenance requests
· Talking colleagues through first fix solutions
· Deferring minor repairs to upcoming projects
· Placing purchase orders with the approved database of suppliers.
· You will also raise queries with suppliers.
· Using the in-house FM System to manage and prioritise your workload, following each work request through to a satisfactory conclusion ensuring that updates are communicated to all relevant parties and in-line with agreed KPI’s.
Your experience
· It is essential for the successful candidate to have experience of providing facilities/maintenance administrative support to multi-sites or in maintaining a number of different facilities within one site.
· Excellent communication skills as you will be building cross-functional relationships both internally and externally.
