Facilities Coordinator - immediate start
Based in Altrincham with good access to public transport routes, we are looking for candidates with facilities/FM experience for an urgent requirement! £13.60 per hour
This is a temp to perm position, hybrid role 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
We are keen to hear from candidates with a minimum of 3 years facilities management/coordination experience, duties to include:
- Receive calls from clients, taking tasks and actioning with contractors
- Raise and track tasks through to completion, chase overdue tasks
- Ensure tasks completed to KPIs/response times
- Report back to clients and contract staff on job progress and open tasks
- Take responsibility for uploading maintenance records/compliance certificates
- Manage escalations in a proactive manner which minimises impact to the client
- Liaise with Regional Managers to maintain information flows
- To field internal calls on behalf of the client to assist with raising tasks, chasing updates or providing responses to key clients, customers and stakeholders
The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years experience in facility management/coordination and familiarity with MS Office packages. Experience working with a computer aided facility management (CAFM) software preferred.
Hours Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:30 with 1 hour lunch
