Field Sales Account Manager
An exciting opportunity working for a multinational electrical engineering business, supplying predominantly to the transportation industry. Account management of existing business, while growing new business. This role is a home-based/field sales role covering The Midlands and Northern patch
The ideal candidate will have worked in the Transportation or Automotive industry before.
Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, as a Sales Account Manager, your mission will be to increase market growth and drive the business forward by providing professional, technical, and commercial expertise to new and existing customers across the North of England.
Duties:
- Account Managing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Growing and winning new business
- Creating and executing an annual sales plan for your defined territory
- Account managing existing customer’s and growing new business
- Leading customer meetings, product demonstrations, and exhibition
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in field sales
- Excellent technical knowledge, ideally being educated to degree level in an Electrical or Mechanical related subject
- Experience gained within the automotive / transportation industry
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent computer skills, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Superb interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Monday – Friday
Salary £40,000-£50,000 Plus uncapped commission
