Working for a reputable and established company based in Knutsford, this company offers free private parking, annual bonus, free food and drinks, excellent holiday entitlement as well as a fantastic working environment. 

The successful candidate will join a team of finance administrators. You will assist in completing various bank ledger-related activities and be required to adopt and promote a hands-on approach. Full training will be given. Working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocation of customer receipts
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Investigating unreconciled items
  • Banking miscellaneous receipts
  • Completing general ledger journals
  • Query resolution
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent team working skills including communication and prioritisation
  • Have at least 2 years’ office experience.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Be able to communicate effectively with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines while paying attention to details
  • Have a strong work ethic (including good punctuality and attendance)
