The successful candidate will join a team of finance administrators. You will assist in completing various bank ledger-related activities and be required to adopt and promote a hands-on approach. Full training will be given. Working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Allocation of customer receipts
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Investigating unreconciled items
- Banking miscellaneous receipts
- Completing general ledger journals
- Query resolution
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent team working skills including communication and prioritisation
- Have at least 2 years’ office experience.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Be able to communicate effectively with different internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to work to tight deadlines while paying attention to details
- Have a strong work ethic (including good punctuality and attendance)
