Finance and Sales Administrator

We are looking for a highly driven individual to join a busy finance team on a nine month FTC. The role is to start ASAP and offers hybrid working:

  • Create & send customer invoices.
  • Credit control activities.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Reconcile the bank account and process relevant bank transactions.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer & supplier queries.
  • Support the month-end process, including the provision of cost accruals.

Other duties to include:

•             Process customer orders to timescales and keep the customer updated at each stage.

•             Liaise with providers to ensure all components are ordered.

•             Review daily reports to ensure all open orders are monitored in a timely manner.

•             Resolve customer issues regarding delivery, pricing etc.

•             Provide weekly/monthly reports for Senior Management.

•             Liaise with the Line Manager regarding customer credit limits and missed payments.

The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience, have excellent IT skills including using Excel and be able to commit to the duration of the contract.

Hours Monday to Friday 8.30-5.00 with an early Friday finish. This role offers two days hybrid.
