Liverpool City Centre based IFA Practice are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their dynamic team in the heart of Liverpool City Centre.
The Role:
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing client documentation, reports, and correspondence.
- Managing and maintaining client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Liaising with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
- Assisting with the processing of new business applications and ongoing client reviews.
- Supporting compliance and adhering to industry regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in financial services or a similar financial services administrative role.
- Ideally, knowledge of financial products and services (e.g., pensions, investments, protection).
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
