Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Financial Planning Administrator to support their team of financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will be vital to the Financial Planning support team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to financial advisors, including preparing client meeting packs and processing client documentation.
- Managing client records and ensuring data accuracy using CRM systems.
- Liaising with clients to gather information and provide updates on financial plans.
- Processing new business applications, including investments, pensions, and insurance policies.
- Handling client queries, offering a friendly and professional point of contact.
- Maintaining compliance records and ensuring all documentation is in line with regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and client reviews.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a financial services administration role, ideally within financial planning or wealth management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, and insurance is an advantage.
