Financial Services Administrator – Chester (Office-Based)
£25,000 – £30,000 + Benefits
We’re working with a well-established financial services firm in Chester who are looking to add a Financial Services Administrator to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with industry experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
You’ll support Advisers and Paraplanners with a range of pre-sales and administrative duties, including preparing client documentation, obtaining valuations and quotes, maintaining back-office systems, and ensuring client records are accurate and up to date. You’ll also liaise with clients and providers, manage diaries, and assist with general office administration.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience within Wealth Management (essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confident dealing with clients and providers
- Ideally working towards CII qualifications
