Salary: £24,000 - £30,000
Prestige Recruitment Group is working on behalf of a successful Financial Planning organisation. This is a permanent Financial Services Administrator role based on the Wirral with free parking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Handling customer complaints in a professional manner
- Developing a comprehensive knowledge of all employee benefits / Financial Planning administration.
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Checking and issue policy documents to scheme members
- Processing scheme leavers and joiners
- Issue of annual statements to scheme members
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Employee Benefits or IFA administration
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
