Salary: £24,000 - £30,000

Prestige Recruitment Group is working on behalf of a successful Financial Planning organisation. This is a permanent Financial Services Administrator role based on the Wirral with free parking.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Handling customer complaints in a professional manner
• Developing a comprehensive knowledge of all employee benefits / Financial Planning administration.
• Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Checking and issue policy documents to scheme members
• Processing scheme leavers and joiners
• Issue of annual statements to scheme members

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Employee Benefits or IFA administration
• Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
