Financial Services Administrator
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000

Forward-thinking financial planning firm dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals who are looking to add to their Financial Planning administration support team.
They are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the financial planning advisors and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the financial planning review service process from start to finish.
- Liaising with clients to arrange their reviews.
- Preparing review packs for client meeting with the Financial Advisors.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client files and records.
- Process account applications, transfers, and other paperwork.
- Handle administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Experience:
- 12 months experience working within a Financial Planning practice or Financial Services provider.
- Ideally experience within Pensions or Investment Management administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in financial services or a similar role is preferred.
Interested in speaking to graduates who have degrees in Maths, Business Management, Economics or a financial services related degree.
