About the Role
A well-established financial services firm is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join its growing team. This is an excellent entry-level role offering exposure across client servicing, administration, and compliance, with genuine opportunities for development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue client review packs and supporting documentation.
- Process client data, questionnaires, and AML checks accurately.
- Support the renewal and servicing of Group Risk and Pension Plans.
- Handle client queries via phone and email, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confident communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ideally worked within a Financial Services organisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
