Our client, a well-established and expanding financial planning firm based on the Wirral, is seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their growing support team.

The Opportunity

Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm’s administration function. This position offers the chance to build your career within financial services while working closely with Advisers and Paraplanners in a technical and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider planning team
  • Assist in preparing client documentation, reports, and investment recommendations
  • Coordinate and manage client meetings, follow-ups, and related correspondence
  • Maintain accurate client files and records within regulatory standards
  • Process account applications, transfers, withdrawals, and other related paperwork
  • Prepare client review packs and meeting materials
  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties including calls, emails, and document management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing client queries promptly and professionally

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm
  • Ideally experienced in pensions or investment administration
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • A positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
