Financial Services Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £28,500
Full Time (Part Time would be considered)

The Role
As a key member of this close-knit, collaborative team, you will support advisers and the practice manager across a wide range of client-focused administrative duties. Your role will be essential in maintaining a smooth client journey and ensuring the efficient running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing client-related administration, including review letters
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system and supporting the wider client contact strategy
- Preparing client meeting packs, new business forms and trust documentation
- Managing ongoing administration such as withdrawals, fund switches and bereavement cases
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required in a small, supportive office environment
About You
We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual who brings:
- Previous financial services administration experience (essential)
- The ability to work fully office-based and within commutable distance of WA12 9UY
- Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
