A growing and well-established Financial Planning firm in Chester is looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services/IFA Administrator to join their supportive and professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within financial services who is confident supporting advisers and paraplanners across pensions, investments, and protection business.
The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the advice process and ensuring a high level of client service is delivered at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing new business for pensions, investments, and protection
- Preparing client documentation and suitability packs
- Managing provider and client communications
- Chasing outstanding information and tracking cases through to completion
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating back-office systems
- Supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with day-to-day administration
- Using Intelligent Office to manage workflows and client data
Requirements
- Previous experience working within an IFA / Financial Planning environment
- Strong knowledge of pensions and investments administration
- Experience using Intelligent Office is essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
