The Role
Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of holistic financial planning advice to a loyal and established client base.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners throughout the client journey
- Processing new business across pensions, investments, ISAs and protection
- Managing Letters of Authority and obtaining policy information
- Preparing client review packs and documentation
- Liaising with clients, providers, and platforms
- Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation
- Assisting with income reconciliation and general practice administration
About You
- Please only apply for this role if you have a minimum of 1 year's experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or IFA environment. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, ISAs and protection products.
