Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

We’re recruiting for an independent financial planning firm in St Helens that is looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join its growing team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and tracking new business cases
• Chasing providers and platforms and escalating delays
• Submitting applications across pensions, investments, bonds and protection
• Processing pension and investment transfers
• Producing illustrations, quotations and comparisons for advisers
• Working closely with advisers and the wider team to keep cases moving

About You

• Must have Financial services administration experience
• Good understanding of FCA regulations
• Experience managing a new business pipeline or similar case-tracking process
• Ideally worked on Intelligent Office (IO) experience
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to chasing outstanding work
• The ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• An interest in progressing through CII qualifications
