Franchise Business Development Manager – Warrington
Hybrid Role | UK-Wide Travel
Looking for an experienced and commercially focused Franchise Business Development Manager to support and grow a successful franchise network across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has previously owned their own business, managed a franchise, or worked within business development and understands what it takes to build a profitable and sustainable operation.
You will work closely with franchise owners across the network, helping them grow revenue, improve performance, strengthen sales activity, and maximise opportunities within their local markets. The role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting franchisees to follow proven systems and processes while helping them achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support franchise owners to grow revenue, client numbers, and hours delivered
- Help build profitable and sustainable franchise businesses
- Drive effective sales processes and improve conversion rates for both client acquisition and recruitment
- Support growth across all services, including healthcare at home
- Build strong relationships and maintain effective engagement with franchise owners
- Support franchise owners in creating business plans and reviewing progress regularly
- Work closely with Operations Leads to ensure offices are operating effectively and following National Office systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise business performance
- Share best practice across the franchise network to support ongoing growth and success
- Provide confidence, direction, and support to franchise owners while reinforcing the overall business model and vision from National Office
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in business development, franchise management, or franchise ownership
- Experience running or owning a business would be highly advantageous
- Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to influence and support business growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyse business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Passionate about supporting franchise owners and helping businesses succeed
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple locations and priorities
- Comfortable travelling across the UK as required
Monday – Friday 2 days office 3 days on the road Hybrid working
Salary £52,000-£55,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
Overnight stay and travel required for this role
