Franchise Resale Manager - £45,000 - Warrington
Looking for an organised, commercially minded Franchise Resale Manager to oversee the coordination of franchise resale opportunities and support the successful completion of business sales.
This role sits at the heart of our resale activity. You’ll act as the key point of contact for prospective buyers, while coordinating with sellers, funders and internal teams to ensure each deal progresses smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for potential buyers, responding promptly to enquiries and guiding them through each stage of the sales process.
- Coordinate all administrative aspects of active sales, ensuring deals progress efficiently and no detail is missed.
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of franchise resales, liaising with buyers, sellers, funders and internal teams to keep transactions on track.
- Build and maintain sales prospectuses and listings, uploading opportunities to our website and other directories or platforms.
- Monitor deal progress, identify risks or blockers early, and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and CRM data to support reporting, forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Support the Broker with preparation for key meetings, negotiations and presentations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage expectations and maintain professionalism with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills – you’re comfortable managing multiple deals and keeping everything on track.
- Previous experience in account management, business sales/brokerage, franchising, property/real estate, or a similar commercial coordination role.
- Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you anticipate issues, keep people informed and take ownership to move things forward.
