About the Role

As a Home Based Employed Financial Advisor, you will:

• Deliver tailored financial advice to clients, covering pensions, investments and wealth management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet individual financial needs and goals.
• Leverage technology to provide virtual consultations, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Provided with a constant flow of warm leads.
• Stay compliant with FCA regulations and company standards.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities through enquiries, referrals and lead generation.

About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Financial Advisor who is:

• Qualified: Holds a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Experienced: Proven track record of providing regulated financial advice.
• Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools to manage client relationships and deliver advice remotely.
• Organised: Able to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
