An essential role in this long established business, based in Wythenshawe. You will be working with the HR Manager and supporting all aspects of day-to-day HR and reporting for a workforce of 120+ across production and office, with an opportunity to be trained further in HR and a supportive environment this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator.
Role Responsibilities:
Provide day to day administration support
Ensuring that all employee data is collected and stored correctly
Issuing contracts and new starter information
Making any changes to HR information
Maintaining employee files for training
Daily maintenance of the timekeeping and attendance keeping & Attendance system
Reporting on absence issues
Payroll reports, hours reports and absence reports
Responding to any applications to the company
Scheduling interviews where needed
To provide an effective supporting role to the HR Manager, this will include administration in line with all HR. Providing support for all reporting and record keeping is essential so candidates should have excellent attention to detail and HR administration skills.
