Excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a well-established vibrant company who has offices in the UK and USA.
We are looking for a great administrator who can work with confidential information to support in a busy HR department, the role is varied and is likely to include:
- Produce contracts & offer letters
- Obtain & track references for new starters
- Produce new employee start packs
- Update and maintain Cascade HR database with employees contact details, next of Kin, CV and references
- Produce letter, new contracts for any employees who have a change to their position
- Confirm acceptance of resignation to employees who are leaving
- Produce management information and run ad-hoc reports
- Liaise with payroll dept. re salaries, maternity pay, sick pay, joiners & leavers
- Assist HR in with mortgage requests, references, etc
- Manage stationery orders
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Proven experience working in an administrative role that requires working with confidential information
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, Word, Excel, Cascade databases
- Professional and work with integrity
- Resilient
- Friendly
