HR Advisor (Temporary to Permanent)
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 DOE

Are you an experienced HR professional with a Level 5 CIPD qualification (or studying towards) and a passion for providing HR support in a dynamic and evolving environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As a HR Advisor in our organisation, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support to our employees and management team. This is a generalist role that requires a candidate with a strong background in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on various HR matters.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and facilitating new employee orientations.
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Assist in training and development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
Requirements:
- Level 5 CIPD qualification or studying towards
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor with a generalist background.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
The successful will need to be available to start immediately and the role will start on a temporary basis and will become permanent after 2-3 months.
Hours are Monday to Friday, flexible between 8am-6pm. Working 35 hours per week.
