HR & Recruitment Administrator – three days per week
£12.34 per hour
Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience in HR and recruitment? We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator for a 12-week temporary assignment based in Heald Green.
- Responding to queries via phone, email and face-to-face
- Administering processes for maternity, paternity, adoption leave etc
- Collating and submitting payroll data to the Payroll Manager
- Supporting recruitment and selection processes
- Preparing and issuing offer letters, contracts
- Conducting all pre-employment checks, including DBS checks
- Processing leavers’ documentation and updating records accordingly
- Maintaining the People database and filing systems (both digital and paper-based)
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a HR or recruitment administration role would be perfect!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Familiarity with HR databases/systems and general office IT tools (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is advantageous
This is a temporary role working 21 hours per week, three days per week.
The successful candidate will need to undertake a DBS check and be able to start immediately
