Excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner/Generalist to join a large well-established company based in the Stockport area.
We are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to cover maternity leave on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
Split over 2 sites, supporting 800 staff and managers your role will involve:
- Policy development
- Strategic planning
- Keeping up to date with all legislation
- Assist in reviewing and updating the Induction programme
- Work closely with the Managers to identify training and other recommendations
- Manage ER issues
- Work with trade unions
- Ensure Equality and Diversity standards are maintained
- Supporting and encouraging HR team
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience working as a HR Manager or HR Business Partner
- Strong generalist background
- Full or part-qualified CIPD
- Driving license
- Confident in supporting blue & white-collar workers
- Proven stability in previous roles
- Happy to commit fully to the 12-month contract
