Training Administrator - Macclesfield - full time 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday

Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 working from home.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join a small and friendly team located within the Macclesfield area. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the business and will be involved with all HR and Training Administration.

The main focus of the role will be assisting the operations team in all aspects of absence management as well as the day to day training course admin for the business.

Experience-wise, we need a good all-rounder, someone who has an office administration background, quick to pick things up and work closely with internal departments.

You will be organised, hardworking, motivated and eager and must have a friendly and confident manner. You will need to be a proactive person who can multitask and work well under pressure.

You will also have good IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the training system, monitor and respond to training bookings and changes
• Make sure all staff training is up to date and fully compliant
• Book training for staff, secure venues for events and liaise with the booking team
• Track all absence management triggers, arrange meetings with managers
• Provide reports for weekly meetings on absences and training attendance
• Deal with telephone and email queries for the department
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded.
• Update Excel spreadsheets on training dates
