They are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hygiene Process Manager to oversee the overall safety of their customers in relation to the chemicals and processes, including the written instructions. In this role, you will manage a small team and be responsible for developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting site visits, and producing instructional materials and training resources.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures related to the use of chemicals and hygiene processes.
• Manage a small team of hygiene specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess and monitor hygiene processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop instructional materials, training resources, and safety guidelines.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to hygiene and chemical safety.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns regarding hygiene processes and chemical safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in chemical safety and hygiene processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
