Boutique Chartered IFA Practice based in Chester, Cheshire looking to recruit an IFA Administration Manager to oversee a small team of Administrators and a Paraplanner.
Overview:
The Administration Manager role will involve managing a back office administration team who supports the Financial Advisors & Directors.
Duties will include:
- Management of back office Administration staff and workflow.
- Driving productivity and making sure work is fully compliant.
- Preparing management information and assessing client administration.
- Holding annual appraisals, 1 to 1’s and supporting staff career development.
Key Skills required:
- Ideally management background. i.e Administration Manager or Sales Manager within the banking industry, Wealth Management Practice or product provider.
- Ideally Financial Services Compliance knowledge but not essential.
- Used to working in a busy office environment.
