IFA Administrator

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + Free Parking

Southport.

Working Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm.

We are really pleased to be working with this Southport based Financial Planning firm which has another office in the North West.

This Southport based Financial Services firm has a long standing excellent reputation with free parking and 25 days annual leave.

The role will involve:

• Provide administration support for the office.
• Engage with clients on updates and diary management.
• Prepare client portfolios i.e investments & pensions.
• Keep client's policies up to date and liaise with providers.
• Keep back office systems up to date.

The opportunity offers training, future career development and the financial services firm can provide study support for the financial services industry qualifications.

Experience:

• Ideally have some Financial Services industry qualifications i.e RO1 etc but not essential.
• Must have Financial Services administration experience i.e Financial Planning / Wealth Management environment.
• If you have experience working on Financial Wrap platforms that would be ideal but not essential.
