Forward thinking financial planning firm based in Stockport, Cheshire are dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals. This Stockport based firm are looking to add to their Financial Services administration support team.
They are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented IFA Administrator to join their Financial Services administration support team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the IFA’s and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist financial planning advisors in preparing financial plans and investment recommendations.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client files and records.
- Process account applications, transfers, and other paperwork.
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails, and managing office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 Years experience working within a Financial Planning practice.
- Ideally experience within Pensions or Investment Management administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in financial services or a similar role is preferred.
