The Independent Financial Advisors offer valuable staff training, and development plus will invest in your financial services qualifications.
You will be joining a financial services firm who have a highly skilled Financial Services Paraplanning team.
This financial services opportunity will involve:
- Assisting with the preparation of research and suitability reports.
- Analyse clients requirements.
- Provide administration support to the Paraplanners.
- Prepare meetings for the Paraplanners & Financial Advisors.
- Work closely with product providers on changes to clients policies.
- Preparation of existing client valuations / files ready for reviews.
- Processing of client documentation.
- Liaising with clients and product providers on outstanding documents and queries.
Experience:
- Experience working in an Administration Support role, for a Financial Planning organisation.
- Ideally worked on the Intelligent Office back office software but not essential.
- Must understand Wealth Management administration processes.
