IFA Administrator
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Will offer study support for Financial Planning qualifications.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a Liverpool based financial planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in independent financial adviser (IFA) administration to further develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client queries and prepare valuation reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on CRM systems.
- Support advisers with investment, pension, and estate planning administration.
- Prepare client review packs, performance summaries, and compliance documents.
- Process fund switches, withdrawals, and transactions with providers.
- Handle new business applications in line with FCA regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, providers, and advisers to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role.
- Strong understanding of investment and pension products.
- High level of accuracy and organisational ability.
- Proficiency with financial platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
