IFA Administrator
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a Crewe based financial planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in independent financial adviser (IFA) administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client queries and prepare valuation reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on CRM systems.
- Support advisers with investment, pension, and estate planning administration.
- Prepare client review packs, performance summaries, and compliance documents.
- Process fund switches, withdrawals, and transactions with providers.
- Handle new business applications in line with FCA regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, providers, and advisers to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role.
- Strong understanding of investment and pension products.
- High level of accuracy and organisational ability.
- Proficiency with financial platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
