Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)

 

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a Crewe based financial planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in independent financial adviser (IFA) administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client queries and prepare valuation reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on CRM systems.
  • Support advisers with investment, pension, and estate planning administration.
  • Prepare client review packs, performance summaries, and compliance documents.
  • Process fund switches, withdrawals, and transactions with providers.
  • Handle new business applications in line with FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, providers, and advisers to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an IFA or financial planning administration role.
  • Strong understanding of investment and pension products.
  • High level of accuracy and organisational ability.
  • Proficiency with financial platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
