Job Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a highly regarded, award-winning wealth management firm based in Central Manchester.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and check Annual Review packs for clients.
- Process new business, transfers, and fee administration accurately.
- Support advisers and paraplanners with client documentation and Suitability Reports.
- Handle client servicing tasks such as fund switches and withdrawals.
- Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties to resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with FCA requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- Experience in IFA administration or wealth management support (essential).
- Good understanding of pensions and investments.
- Ideally proficient in adviser systems such as Intelligent Office or Xplan but not essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
