At Prestige Recruitment Group, we’re partnering with a reputable Financial Planning firm based in Chester, Cheshire, to find a dedicated IFA Administrator. This permanent role is perfect for someone with experience in the financial advice sector, looking to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Liaising with and supporting advisers and paraplanners to ensure smooth workflows
- Administering new business applications across investments, pensions, and protection products
- Updating systems, preparing valuations, and organising annual review documentation
- Communicating with clients, providers, and internal teams by phone, email, and post
- Processing new applications, logging cheques and policy documents, and chasing outstanding items
- Assisting with client queries, updating client valuations, and preparing files for meetings
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as an IFA Administrator or within similar financial services roles
- Knowledge of the financial advice industry and wrap platforms is highly advantageous
- Experience with Xplan and FE Analytics is desirable
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good touch-typing skills
