Do you have a flair for languages and a passion for working on an international market?  A well-known manufacturer based in Ellesmere Port is currently looking for an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join their expanding Import and Export Team.  Preferred languages are French, Spanish or Italian, however, my client will also look at experienced import/export candidates with no languages.

As the successful Customer Support Coordinator, you will be working as part of a small but busy, fast-paced team.  You will be liaising directly with clients across the EU to oversee the completion of orders and import/export of goods.  You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of each order from initial processing through to delivery and will have the opportunity to utilise the Spanish, Italian or French language on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all complex customer requests including deliveries, enquiries and issues going the extra mile wherever possible
  • Responsible for moving products globally. Raising all necessary export documentation and completing all compliance required for the movement of goods.
  • Resolve problems effectively and quickly (product or service issues)
  • Complete all relevant documentation and compliance required for orders including Custom and Shipping invoices, Packing Lists, Consignment notes etc.
  • Oversee shipment and invoicing to relevant ERP systems

Key Skills Required

  • Previous experience within a complex customer service environment
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Fluent in Spanish, French or Italian
